You only need a table saw and miter saw! My door size here is 12.5″ by 28.5″

Measure your stiles on 3/4″ poplar

Cut your stiles

measure your rails also

and cut your rails

set your fence to 3″ on the table saw

cut your stiles and rails to 3″

your door should be 1″ over side at this point

find and mark the center of your rails

run your rails on the table saw (1/2″ tall) on the outside of the center line you marked

move fence over the the over side of the line and run again

measure the gap on 1/4 in plywood or mdf

if it fits snug run all your pieces

draw a line 1/2″ from the edge of one of your rails

set your saw height to the bottom of the grove you cut earlier on your stiles

set up a spacer block on your fence and line up your rail to the saw

run on of your rails like this

flip it over and do the other side

remove saw marks left over with chisel or sand this

get a good fit and run all your pieces

should look like this

measure the inside of your door to fins out what side center panel you will need to cut.

cut 1/4″ thick center panel to what you need
