How make gypsophila dress

This is gypsophila(such a cool word) dress
i made mine out of a teal/black silk and a sheer black fabric for the tie. it hits right below the knee. there is an invisible zipper in the back that turned out to be not so invisible because i didn’t have the right foot or something? oh well, it’s not that noticable.
