Dipping Chocolates

I can’t think of a more delicious afternoon than the one I had yesterday. Audrey was fast asleep and the other three children were occupied watching a Christmas movie while I was in the kitchen dipping caramel turtles and listening to some lovely Christmas music. I have always enjoyed Aunt Phyllis’s turtles, but now I will appreciate them more. The labor that goes into making these babies is unbelievable. After all of that hard work, I am happy to say they turned out PERFECT!
Now, we’re off to deliver them to the neighbors.
