Date and Almond Milk Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of frozen Greek yogurt
  • 1 – 2 cups of almond milk (amount depends on how thick you want your smoothie to be)
  • 1/4 cup of ice
  • 1 tea spoon of honey or agave nectar (optional)
  • 1/2 cup of pitted dates

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into blender.
  2. Blend til’ smooth.
