Date and Almond Milk Smoothie
- 3 cups of frozen Greek yogurt
- 1 – 2 cups of almond milk (amount depends on how thick you want your smoothie to be)
- 1/4 cup of ice
- 1 tea spoon of honey or agave nectar (optional)
- 1/2 cup of pitted dates
- Add all ingredients into blender.
- Blend til’ smooth.
