Pumpkin Juice
*makes 48 ounces
Ingredients:
One can freeze apple juice, from concentrate
Two cans of water (use juice can)
1/2 cup of canned pumpkin
1/4 cup of apricot preserves
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions:
Pour apple juice and water into a blender pitcher. Add canned pumpkin, apricot preserves, vanilla, and cinnamon. Blend on high until well incorporated. Pour into glasses and serve.
